We are excited to invite your child to join the Math Club at DKJA, a unique opportunity for students in grades 2-4 to explore the world of math in a fun, engaging, and challenging way outside of their regular classroom lessons. The Math Club is a great chance for students to strengthen their problem-solving skills, tackle exciting puzzles, and discover the many wonders of numbers!
Students will engage in hands-on activities designed to enhance their math skills while also promoting creativity and critical thinking. We believe that math is not just about memorizing facts—it's about learning how to think critically and solve problems, skills that are valuable in many areas of life as students prepare for middle school and beyond.
This year, one of the exciting highlights of the program will be participating in the Noetic Learning Math Contest (NLMC). This fun and challenging national event invites students to solve twenty creative and thought-provoking math problems. These problems are designed to encourage original thinking and help students build confidence in their problem-solving abilities.
The Math Club is open to all students in grades 2-4 who love math or want to improve their problem-solving skills. It’s a fantastic way for students to build new skills, boost their confidence, and even make new friends who share a passion for math. We’re sure your child will enjoy the experience and feel proud of their progress.
Thank you for supporting this exciting adventure. We can’t wait to see the amazing things your child will achieve in the Math Club!
