We aim to change conventional perceptions about exercise and make it dynamic, desirable & entertaining!

Dance fitness is a dance oriented fitness class choreographed specifically to change with the music. The purpose of the class is to move with the beat and lose yourself in the rhythm. It is both a mental and physical workout that fosters on sheer exhilaration. Usually unique and choreographed to the latest music, this is the future of fitness and what we at Mizfit provide.
